FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much does this service cost? We personally select, purchase and deliver all of your grocery selections for $50.
How far in advance must I place my order? Orders must be received at least 48 hours prior to the date you wish your groceries to be delivered.
How do I place my order? The most convenient way to place an order is online. However, you may also place orders via email to info@TheMeyerMarket.com. If placing an order online, you will first select the items you wish to purchase. At checkout, you will be asked the details of your reservation along with your payment information. We accept VISA, Discover and MasterCard.
Will everything be at my rental home/condo when I arrive? Every effort is made to complete deliveries between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. 
If I don't find everything I need on your shopping list, can I add extras? We have tried to make our shopping list as comprehensive as possible. If there is something special you want that is not covered, there is space provided (during the check-out process) for you to write it in. Please be as specific as possible as to the product name and size. Every attempt will be made to fulfill this request, if the product is available.
Can I begin my order, save it, then complete it at a later time? Yes.  Upon checking out, you will be given an order number and password. Please keep in mind that you will have to input credit card information on the checkout page in order to receive your password. We will not charge your card until your order has been confirmed and delivery has been made. 
Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it has been placed? We accept order changes and cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your check-in date. If you must cancel your order within 48 hours, you will be charged $25 plus the cost of any fresh perishable items already purchased on your behalf.
Do you make substitutions? We do our best to find the specific items you request. However, there are times that these items may be out of stock. If we cannot find your specific request, we will do our best to find a good substitute. If no similar item exists, we will remove the item from your order. 
When will my credit card be charged? We will charge your credit card 48 hours prior to the delivery date. A final receipt will be included with your grocery delivery. |
